In 2019, Delphine Heenen and Pierre Marcolini took on a challenge: sell eclairs for one day to kick paediatric cancer. Since then, Eclair Day has become an annual event, driven by its godfather Pierre Marcolini and many supportive bakers across Belgium!

Since late 2025, Sofie Dumont has gone all in as ambassador of Eclair Day. A successful chef who started her career as a pastry chef? The perfect match!
Sofie rallied bakers with a radio spot alongside Pierre, sold eclairs at the pre-sale event and shared the sweetest event of the year across all her channels. Onwards to many more eclairs with impact!
