Delphine Heenen and Éclair Day’s godfather, Pierre Marcolini, launched the event with one simple challenge: sell as many éclairs as possible in one day to kick paediatric cancer.
Since then, it has grown into a joyful nationwide movement with Pierre and over 500 supportive bakers donating their time, craftmanship and ingredients.
