On 14 March 2026, Belgium broke the world record for éclair eating! Thanks to all the bakers — who shared their talent and their éclairs with us — and to you, our delicious supporters, our sweetest event of the year was a huge success.

In 2019, Delphine Heenen and Pierre Marcolini took on a challenge: sell eclairs for one day to kick paediatric cancer. Since then, Eclair Day has become an annual event, driven by its godfather Pierre Marcolini and many supportive bakers across Belgium!
